Westwind Taxi started in 1989. It is operated with Victoria Taxi and Sooke Harbour Taxi.

	Better Business Bureau Westwind Taxi is a proud member of the Vancouver Island Better Business Bureau.
	West Shore Chamber of Commerce Westwind Taxi is a proud member of the West Shore Chamber of Commerce.

We have an excellent safety record and our taxicabs are mechanically inspected by the government every 6 months. Our taxis can not exceed our ten year old rule and can not be on the road as a taxi for more than 4 years. Besides the Government inspection, all of our cabs are Inspected monthly by the Victoria Taxi/Westwind Taxi Safety Committee.
